光學雷達（LiDAR）系統光學鍍膜元件/ Light Detection And Ranging system Optical coating components
元件功能：LiDAR 用到雷射窗口、濾光片、分光鏡、透鏡、探測器窗等元件的鍍膜，而這些鍍膜的設計依賴工作波長(常見 905 nm、1550 nm)、入射角度、功率承受度等條件。LiDAR systems use components such as laser windows, filters, beam splitters, lenses, and detector windows, all of which require optical coatings. The design of these coatings depends on factors such as the operating wavelength (commonly 905 nm or 1550 nm), angle of incidence, and power handling capability.
1.抗反射膜 (AR Coating)：Reduce optical surface reflection and improve transmission efficiency.
2.高反射膜 (HR Coating)：用於雷射腔鏡或光路反射鏡。Used for laser cavity mirrors or optical path reflectors.
3.濾光膜 (Bandpass / Edge Filter)：隔絕背景雜訊，只允許特定波段。Block background noise and allow only specific wavelength bands.
4.偏振鍍膜 (Polarizing Coating/Beamspliter)：控制偏振光，提高系統信噪比。Control polarized light and enhance the system’s signal-to-noise ratio.
